xml-download it and copy it, then you can paste it and copy the link to your google webmaster tools. It helps with your posts being recognized and added to directories.

html- This helps so that visitors can take a quick glance at all your posts. The same was done with this one, I saved it,copied it and pasted it on the compose part of the post. That was it, you now have a page of all your posts at a glance and they are already linked and ready to be clicked..
